Why was my libido rubbish tho on 150 I know I had low shbg and high estrogen? One reasons I wanted come off it I used take proviron 25mg a day that helped but would that been safe long term ? I know I need my bloods dailing in
@Truckyboy1971 high estrogen thats the problem, very simple and your other blood work is off. Hematocrit etc off, thats because you dont take an organ liver support like n2guard.
honestly all you need is some aromasin and you can stay on TRT no issues.
but this is old bloods?

I haven’t have a shot in a week I think I was using to much my friend at the gym he is massive told him about it and he told me lower it to 100mg split mon Thurs insulin pins and ur symptoms will go he agreed my estrogen was what to high and was prob a cause of my joint pains I’m also getting bloods at the weekend I will post on here

I’ve joined a local council gym few racks and barbells free weights few machines excellent cardio and it’s got a Olympic size proper swimming pool go doing that I’ve started dead lifting again not pushing it usual chest triceps one day back biceps another shoulders and some triceps another legs and biceps another day seems to work for me getting the compound moves in obvs I’m 53 so focusing on form and mind muscle connection more only eating carbs around my workouts and doing 30 min after the workout on the incline treadmill or stairmaster but I’ve started swimming 3 days a week just juggle the cardio between the 3

Just started 125mg a week sub cue split mon Thurs again my haemadcrit is hight thinking just coming off I can’t seem to control it any suggestions ?

@Truckyboy1971 thats not great blood work but again, its very hard to help you, you're just posting every week or so, no updates to the log nothing just "something is wrong", thats hard to follow or help

why dont you share details of your training, details of your diet? details of when you taking the test/var and supps and what times and what days and when bloods were done compared to your injection
asked you many times for details man but nothing , so please start sharing if you want actual real help man :)

you keep saying come off but you already came off before and you felt horrible and got back on, why dont you add an ai like aromasin?
 
donate blood, that will help with thick blood
 
Just like Steve said. Donate whole blood and stay hydrated.
I dropped the var and dropped to 125mg and at that dose seems pointless if I can come off and get my own back in time I’ve that blood condition mgus and pretty sure it’s that whats making my bloods like that why I don’t dare take a lot of gear and I eat well and train good just how how my bloods always seem so bad it’s putting me off keep in going only at a low dose even
 
Olympic sized swimming pool is good exercise
just be careful because people piss in these pools all the time
 
you'll get a really good work out swimming I agree
I like the idea of a gym like that for overall fun
 
it as long as you keep things interesting
and keep exercising you'll be fine
