46 y/o been on 200 mg a week test cyp for two years
Started two weeks ago
500 mg test cyp week
300 Deca week
12 week cycle
Have arimidex and caber on hand
Daily supplement includes
Fish oil, daily vitamin, beet powder ,b-6,
Magnesium,low dose aspirin,protein powder when needed.
Workout schedule-mon-wend-Fri-sat
A hour each day with each movement consisting of 4 sets close to failure each set.
Only 5 hrs of sleep a night due to schedule
4500 calories a day
Mostly chicken and rice ,oatmeal,tuna, peanut butter, diet soda , lean beef and pasta. Protein shake , eggs and yogurt
And guidance would be greatly appreciated this is my second true cycle first one was test only 12 weeks at 350 week.
Would it benefit me to run longer than 12 weeks?
