I’m 42 years old at 195lbs with around 15% body fat, give or take.
I’m currently prescribed testosterone replacement therapy and have been making adjustments on that for about 15 months. We recently dropped my dose to 100mg of Testosterone Cypionate and 1mg of Anastrozole per week. I had blood drawn yesterday so I will know exactly where I was at the start of this cycle.

Anyways, I’m definitely new to this and I’m open to advice and making some adjustments to my cycle. I have been thinking of running for many years. I believe I’ve always had low T issues and that was likely the reason I could never gain weight while lifting. Just never got my levels tested until later in life.

I have done some research and of course I listen to the podcast. I decided to run a cycle that I hope will give me minimal sides and lean muscle gains. I am a family man and I don’t want to add 25lbs on cycle and have everyone wondering what drugs I’m on. I also am not looking to do it all on one cycle. I want to avoid injuries and make clean progress and blast and cruise my way to where I want to be.
Also, I’m prone to gyno ever since puberty and I did break out badly on my back and shoulders and chest when my T levels were above 1500ng/dL. Like I said, I do take 1mg of Anastrozole / week to help with Estrogen conversion.

Sorry for the long back story! Just figured you guys may want to know my situation. I read some of the logs and I have accepted that mine might be a little messy and less to the point than others. I’ll progress with my forum posts. Promise. 👊🏼
Down to business….

12 Week Cycle:
-250mg of Testosterone Cypionate / week
-500mg of Boldenone Undecylenate / week
-20-40mg of Turinabol / day / no more than 7 weeks since it’s a 100 count pack.
-1mg of Anastrozole / week or as needed

** So I was going to kick start with Turinabol 20 from Para Pharma but it’s still a few weeks out. So let me know what you guys think about adding it when it comes. **

All gear purchased from Napsgear. 🙌
Here’s the exact list of the gear I got:
Geneza Pharma GP Test C250
Geneza Pharma GP Bold 300
Para Pharma Turinabol 20 - on the way
Para Pharma Arimidex 1 - on the way
Para Pharma Proviron 25 - on the way
Para Pharma Anadrol 50 - on the way

(The Proviron and Anadrol were add ons because I had some extra money to spend and to have on hand for another cycle or whatever)

Injections will be as follows:
Mondays: 250mg Eq or as close as I can get.
Thursdays: 250mg EQ, 250 TestC

Training Cycle:
I don’t have anything written out. I do a 6 day PPL split. Sometimes I’ll take an extra day off during the week depending on how I feel and I just pick up where I left off. I always practice proper form and have recently been lowering reps and increasing weight. But I also enjoy the results of less weight in slow controlled movements.

Diet:
So I can do a lot of things in life. However, nutrition is not one of them. 🤦🏻‍♂️
I am horrible when it comes to nutrition knowledge and implementation. I know I love junk food and I have an addictive personality so I have to refrain completely or eat the hell out of it.

That cycle looks perfect for your age imo. I am thinking about doing something similar in Feb with 300 EQ and 150 test.

The only reason I am starting with 250 test is because I’m already doing the 100mg. So it will be over double what I’m in and with the eq, I’m hoping it will be great. Pinned today so time will tell. 🍻

I did grab a liver support while I was getting some pre and post workout supplements. It’s by Anabolic Warfare. It’s called Project Liver Support. Basically got it for free with the holiday deals so I picked it up. But I’ll be sure to get some Tudca or N2guard soon.

You’re going to have a hell of a ride. You will feel good. Just make sure you adjust your training and your carbs. Increase both.

Ha thanks dude! I feel like I’m off to a bad start. Gym is closed today and I’m eating crap. lol but I’ll do legs in the morning followed by some cardio then we have another Thanksgiving dinner.

Sure hope so man! I’d love to see some gains here. I plan on pushing it hard af but do my best to avoid a shoulder injury

A few things to start on the cycle
I suggest you start with 300mgs of equipoise not 500mgs, get a feel for it and 4 weeks in we can revisit
always easy to add more gear but key is optimal dosing

with tbol 20-30mgs isn't much, 40mgs is your tbol dose
and getting n2guard is the right move , take a pic when arrives

on your training, please start writing down your exercises sets reps and weights
on diet, thats a huge thing, and we need you to start sharing what you actually eat and we can modify it from there, like time you eat foods meals and how much, even if junk, be honest and we can modify it for you based on your lifestyle
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

and we need you to share pictures
picture of your face blurred
pictures of your gear thats a must
pictures of some of your meals 1-2 per day snap with phone
pictures of your training here and there
share an overall idea for us whats happening and we can work this as a team
 
From my experience 300 EQ is the sweet spot. Anymore and I start to get itchy nipples. I don’t use an AI as I don’t believe in using them. If you have to use them you’re doing too much and you will only hinder your long term gains by combatting it with AI. Less is ALWAYS better in PED use.

Slow wins the race.

If you pay attention, us Mass Monsters on here that are in our 50’s don’t use more than 700mg per week with extremely low androgen load on cycles. Think about that!!! Use anabolics in higher doses.

Many of my photos are too large for the file upload size. Anyone know what size that is? I’ll have to see if my phone can even dumb shots down that much. lol or is there a paid membership that I can join that allows me to upload larger file sizes?

I was going to start lower on the eq. But I keep seeing reviews that it’s so mild. And these damn YouTubers are all over the place with it. I listened to many podcast episodes on eq and on bulking with eq so I took favored that advice. And I had a couple consultations with Steve. I tend to over analyze just about everything in life and every once in a while I realize that I just need to make a damn decision and run with it. I’ll give that some thought though. Thank you bro. 👊🏼
 
Stop listening to utubers and start listening to the ones with experience.
For sure man! I was referring to some body builders. But yeah I don’t like most of what I heard. I listen to evolutionary radio and designed my stack with Stevesmi.
 
What's the thinking behind the addition of an AI for TRT?
Well my doctor claims she manages trt for several patients but I kinda think she doesn’t know much about it. Before she put me in trt, she put me on anastrozole to see if that would raise my testosterone levels. It might have but it basically caused low level depression. I got off of that and started trt. But I’ve had gyno my whole life. Well since puberty. And I was worried about the increased testosterone in my system converting into estrogen. It’s my understanding that they are directly proportional in that if I increase my testosterone, I will increase the conversion of estrogen. So inwas worried about getting gyno. It was my request to run an AI and she just let me. We did crash my estrogen and get it back up by playing with doses. I know I hear people say if trt is on point then no AI is needed. It’s definitely something that I don’t have figured out yet. Depending on if I take it weekly vs just when my nipples seem puffy, I can throw my sex drive off and I haven’t figured out the sweet spot.

Do you suggest that I drop if completely while I cruise?
Also, I would not be opposed to having the glands removed. I’m not ever going to be a competition body builder but they have been my biggest insecurity and I’m just trying to keep from having flabby nipples. I noticed that the recent body fat loss from increased fasted cardio has helped some. Perhaps my body fat is just too high and as I lose more fat and gain more lean muscle, they will disappear. I would love to hear from you guys on this matter.
