Thanks man! I’ve been increasing my weights a bit. I feel the push from myself and the community is the biggest factor yet. I’m only on week 2 of the gear so kinda doubt that’s doing much so far. Hopefully I will notice way more when it does kick in

I like to do dumbbell shrugs heavyweight maybe five or six repetitions
