Approved Log My Testosterone and Equipoise Cycle Log

EQ is going to take 6-8wks to reach peak levels so keep that in mind. Coaches I’ve heard say 600mg/wk is sweet spot but I wouldn’t start there if you’ve not run it before. Also, EQ will act as an AI to keep estrogen low. If you ran an AI along side it then you take the risk of crashing your E2 levels and that depression episode you mentioned will happen again. You need estrogen for normal function and muscle gain. I’d suggest not running an AI and get blood work about 6wks in and see where your estrogen levels are before you just throw an AI in the mix.

i personally would drop the trt dose a bit where i wouldn't rquire and AI, just a smarter long term approach vs. higher trt and needing an AI
but you gotta balance it out based on what you want

I can definitely cut out the AI unless I start seeing issues with gyno. But this is my first cycle and so I’m just going off all the stuff I’ve heard. I certainly do not want to crash my E2 levels again and I’ve noticed that I don’t manage them well by randomly taking Anastrozole as I notice puffy nipples. So I will give that a go and see what happens. You don’t think with the increased TestC that it will be a problem?

I did take your advice and dropped my trt way down. She had me at 200mg/week and my levels spiked big time. So I’m down to 100mg a week and I guess I just never took the AI out yet. I didn’t think to do that and see. I can drop it if you guys think I’ll be fine with the increase in test and the addition of eq.
 
For the last month or so, I’ve been skipping breakfast. I’ve been trying to cut carbs. On my days off, I go to the gym to lift and run before eating. The fasted cardio has helped a lot on body fat.
On my workdays, I just don’t eat until noon. Then I do a shake and some fruits and yogurt around 4 or 5pm. Then I don’t eat again until like 10:30pm. I work 7-7 so I get to the gym around 8 or 8:30 on work days.
Do you guys think I should continue to skip breakfast while I wait for the peds to kick it or should I increase my carb intake now or not at all? My work breakfast typically consists of oatmeal and toast with peanut butter and honey. 🤦🏻‍♂️

It's the issue of this: TRT (so test) should replace what you naturally would have but no longer produce. If, as per the regular tests, it's on point gyno should not be an issue (assuming it wasn't before, you're not a fat mofo etc etc). It's when TRT starts to creep up way beyond natural levels it MIGHT be an issue. At c100mg a week I'd say, again without knowing you and your bloods, I can't see the need.

Thanks Mobster. My insecurities on my chest got me talking to my doctor right from the start about an estrogen conversion. I’d say since puberty, I’ve had signs of gyno. It’s not like giant man tits but it’s always had puffy nipples. Was just trying to stay ahead of that and some days seem better than others but of course I don’t know where my exact levels are at on those days. My labs should be back any day now so I can share the results if you let me know what you want to see. 👊🏼

as others have said, you have to let your blood work guide your choices. If 200 Test/wk has your E2 levels high then it’s too much. 100mg/wk seems a bit low but again everyone is different.

as far as food goes, this depends on your goals. If you’re trying to put on mass you need food. Food is THE most anabolic thing you can put into your body. All the AAS in the world won’t make you grow if you don’t have a calorie surplus.

This is what I’ve been thinking as well. Thanks for saying that. I have noticed it getting better as my body fat has decreased.

You bring up a good point. Not sure I’ve said it but I am trying to lean bulk. And I was going to drop my trt to 125mg/week but with the 200mg/mL bottles at 1mL size, it’s way easier for me to just run half a bottle every week. I only dropped that about a month ago. So I’ll see what my bloodwork shows from Wednesday as soon as that comes back. I was fasting for the day until after I had the blood drawn. And after this cycle, I want to get the cruise dose on point. I appreciate the comments. 👊🏼
