it’s a plate load machine that has independent arms. One side you is for incline press and the back side can be used to pull down. I pull both at the same time but you can do individual sides. They call it an isolated lat pulldown, I think.Do you mean Iso Lateral
I really appreciate that! I love that I have a log going because it will keep me accountable to myself as well as having you guys and gals keeping me accountable. We support you my man but we're also going to push you
Thanks brother! I’m stoked to see what I can do with the peds and honestly, with the focused training, and all of the advice I’m getting here.I see a lot of potential in you for sure
Oh for sure! Here is that hip sled that I do vs free weight squats. I am doing the reverse walking now so I hope that can help me build my knees up and eventually I will feel confident doing standing squats.any chance of getting some pictures of your training or the machines you're using
Steve is a rad dude. I always enjoy the podcasts and figured we would mesh well. I appreciate the kind words brother. I’m just really excited to be here and to get advice from so many people with experience. Running gear has been on my mind for many years and I never pulled the trigger. Never even knew how to get it. But we’re blasting now and I’m looking forward to the progress. Wish I had some pictures from a year ago. Yikes!! Was an ugly site. Hahabros you very modest That's What I Like About You from day one
plus you one of steve's clients so of course we gonna treat you good, we love steve

Anyways, I try to stay humble. I have a long ways to go and I know that. And it’s not difficult to be modest when I’m talking to all of you dedicated lifters! I’m way behind but I’m just looking to improve. I’m at a point in my life where I can focus on myself and my personal growth and that’s what I’m doing. My kids are grown now and although they still need help, I have more time for me.![]()
we will be waiting for updatesSo today was my day off. I was going to go to Hotworx with my daughter but she wasn’t feeling well so I got some stuff done around the house and back at it tomorrow.![]()
Really appreciate all of the good vibes from everyone! I will keep sharing for sure. I think it’s going to help a lot on this stack. And that hip sled is a bit worn.. but it certainly helps me build my legs without going straight to a free weight squat. Trying to reduce the risk of further injury to my knee.@Cronus402 nice thats a hardcore hip sled

Should be killer cycleI’m 42 years old at 195lbs with around 15% body fat, give or take.
I’m currently prescribed testosterone replacement therapy and have been making adjustments on that for about 15 months. We recently dropped my dose to 100mg of Testosterone Cypionate and 1mg of Anastrozole per week. I had blood drawn yesterday so I will know exactly where I was at the start of this cycle.
Anyways, I’m definitely new to this and I’m open to advice and making some adjustments to my cycle. I have been thinking of running for many years. I believe I’ve always had low T issues and that was likely the reason I could never gain weight while lifting. Just never got my levels tested until later in life.
I have done some research and of course I listen to the podcast. I decided to run a cycle that I hope will give me minimal sides and lean muscle gains. I am a family man and I don’t want to add 25lbs on cycle and have everyone wondering what drugs I’m on. I also am not looking to do it all on one cycle. I want to avoid injuries and make clean progress and blast and cruise my way to where I want to be.
Also, I’m prone to gyno ever since puberty and I did break out badly on my back and shoulders and chest when my T levels were above 1500ng/dL. Like I said, I do take 1mg of Anastrozole / week to help with Estrogen conversion.
Sorry for the long back story! Just figured you guys may want to know my situation. I read some of the logs and I have accepted that mine might be a little messy and less to the point than others. I’ll progress with my forum posts. Promise.
Down to business….
12 Week Cycle:
-250mg of Testosterone Cypionate / week
-500mg of Boldenone Undecylenate / week
-20-40mg of Turinabol / day / no more than 7 weeks since it’s a 100 count pack.
-1mg of Anastrozole / week or as needed
** So I was going to kick start with Turinabol 20 from Para Pharma but it’s still a few weeks out. So let me know what you guys think about adding it when it comes. **
All gear purchased from Napsgear.
Here’s the exact list of the gear I got:
Geneza Pharma GP Test C250
Geneza Pharma GP Bold 300
Para Pharma Turinabol 20 - on the way
Para Pharma Arimidex 1 - on the way
Para Pharma Proviron 25 - on the way
Para Pharma Anadrol 50 - on the way
(The Proviron and Anadrol were add ons because I had some extra money to spend and to have on hand for another cycle or whatever)
Injections will be as follows:
Mondays: 250mg Eq or as close as I can get.
Thursdays: 250mg EQ, 250 TestC
Training Cycle:
I don’t have anything written out. I do a 6 day PPL split. Sometimes I’ll take an extra day off during the week depending on how I feel and I just pick up where I left off. I always practice proper form and have recently been lowering reps and increasing weight. But I also enjoy the results of less weight in slow controlled movements.
Diet:
So I can do a lot of things in life. However, nutrition is not one of them.
I am horrible when it comes to nutrition knowledge and implementation. I know I love junk food and I have an addictive personality so I have to refrain completely or eat the hell out of it.
Sorry for this horrible first cycle post! And I appreciate everyone for making me feel welcome to the forum.
Oh and I’m going to start right now.![]()
Good workAwesome log, love it. Definitely give some consideration to putting just as much study into your diet as with PEDs, it will, as with your training, have a massive effect on your desired success with blasting and cruising.
Learn to count calories as a first step. Maybe consider a vertical diet after that, it’s a really solid way to not just get fat while bulking. Also not hard to learn really, at least in comparison to the PED learning curve is reasonably simple.
Thank you. I feel like I’m way behind because I was out of the gym for several years. This is me getting caught back up. I expected to get more shit for starting a cycle while being out of shape. I appreciate the feedbackYou have a great starting physique.
Thanks man! I’m really hoping so! I’ve been trying to track the orals but they haven’t moved in a few days. Hopefully they will show up and we can discuss adding that tbol to the front end.Should be killer cycle
