•175lbs x 20 reps

Leg Extensions: 3 sets x 10 reps
•150lbs x 12 reps
•170lbs x 12 reps
•185lbs x 12 reps

Seated Leg Curl: 3 sets x 10 reps
•145lbs x 12 reps
•165lbs x 12 reps
•180lbs x 10 reps

Calf Raises on Smith Machine:
135lbs x 20 reps x 5 sets

Squadt Sled Press:
•270lbs x 12 reps
•360lbs x 12 reps
•450lbs x 10 reps
•500lbs x 10 reps

Cardio:
25 min reverse walk at .5mph at 15° incline
 
On another note, my bloodwork came back. Let me know if you guys want to see that here or not. I’m unsure about going back during the cycle to check because the doctors office that manages my trt is the one my ex wife works at and I don’t want to get a bunch of shit from that doctor or have them stop managing my trt. Really not sure how to go about all that. I know there are some mail in places but idk how that works.

He gets to the point. Always like Mobsters opinion on the show. I value his input a lot. I’m just an old, skinny fat guy with bad knees so I need to make sure that I don’t mess myself up. Do you guys like knee sleeves? If so what brand do you recommend

I’ve never logged anything like this so I don’t have a clue what I’m doing and I know I need to start including some nutrition.
Oh and I can’t seem to edit my original post to include my height. I forgot to tell everyone how tall I am. 5’ 11” for anyone wondering..
 
500 on the sled press that's pretty strong
Idk… it’s the most I’ve ever done. But it’s definitely not the same as doing a standing squat at 500lbs.
Some guys get a shit ton of plates on that machine. I’m getting stronger though and pushing harder so I’m feeling pretty happy about that. 🙌🏼
 
Here are the results from my bloodwork. Was taken on 11/22/23 after having reduced my trt down to 100mg/week for about 4 weeks maybe more…
