Looks good man. Test still a bit high. You might want to try something like 80mg per week and see where that gets you. So important to really dial in a proper TRT dose.

Yeah it seems strange to me. We started at 100mg/week just over a year ago and worked up to 200mg/week. I was running good and then all of the sudden my number spiked. Not sure how. Surely I didn’t start producing more natural test, right?
Also, I do have some signs of hashimotos disease. My daughter tested positive for that and has some hormone management issues due to her thyroid not functioning properly. Maybe that’s happening to me. Idk…

Did your levels ever spike without increasing your dose? That has me puzzled because I always hear natural production shuts down.
The only time I noticed a spike was when I used hcg with the testosterone, or if I switched from sub q into im injections test and estrogen would spoke or decreased based on those factors.

I know 200mg put me at 1400 mg/dL these days I do 140mg or a bit lower depending, I noticed 140mg is a nice spot to sit at.

I’ve never done sub q. Only im. But yeah I definitely need to get this figured out after cycle. Probably start back with 100-125mg/week.
