Hi all, quick update, steps for the week and an upper workout this afternoon, diet is protein and more protein ,lots of fruit ,walnuts ,rice and a heap of water.
@ODINLABS Test e and Reta are doing the job, if you’re thinking of trying Reta ,do it you won’t regret it.
