I'm using Omega-3 supplements on a daily basis. and I'm doing 15 minutes of cardio on a bicycle before I lift
keeping fats low and keeping my calories around 3500 per day.
I'm 30 years old and I am 5'7 and I weigh 178 lb and 11% body fat
my end goal is to lean up. do you think I should start upping my fat intake and lowering my carbs?
