Little update. Off cycle and now cruising on my trt dosage. 150mg split into 2 doses. Started clomid to get the boys back going. After a week size is almost normal but sperm volume has dropped tremendously. It started dropping once I started clomid. I’ve been told I need to drop clomid and start hcg with an AI.
