The challenge is I get very less time for cardio I try to finish excerise in 1 hr but sometimes it takes 1:20 min and to hit 200 cal cardio I try to do steps or cross trainer for 20 min. Can you please help how should I do fasted cardioBros what I want to see is more cardio

I am sticking to the below diet paln for atleast 4 weeks it is only 1 week now , but i will eat same food everyday
- Daily Caloric Intake: 1870 - 1900
- Macronutrient Split: protein intake for now. - 180g
Meal Plan: try to list 2-3 different meal options for each
- Breakfast: 4 egg whites 2 whole egg i slice whole grain bread , 28 g unsalted almonds
- Snack: Whey protein isolate ( 1 scoop) and 1 medium banana
- Lunch: 5 oz chicken breast (146 g) pan fried , 100g of white rice , 100 g mix veg
- Snack: 1 apple and 1 tbsp almond butter (pre- workout)
- Post work - 1.5 scoop whey protein
- Dinner: - 5 oz chicken breast (146 g) pan fried , 1 indian bread , 100 g mix veg / lentils soups
- before bed - 1 scoop of casein as i feel hungry

Till now I have been using honeygear testosterone e which is white vial. Now I have got another brand testosterone e f40 biotech (blue). So the last blood test which I did was with white vial and free testosterone result were at 4800. So shall I continue using the white vial or I should throw away the white vial and use f40 one.
