I'm not trying to be an asshole believe me as I go in all these logs and give my diet tips
but drenching your food with sauces and low quality cheese can ruin it

try and eat as clean as possible

you can season your food with things like paprika, lime, salt and pepper which would be much better

Sometimes long distance relationships work better because you appreciate each other more
 
Bros It the beef rice and beans is a perfect meal
 
the key is when you eat something not to have an upset stomach

The rice is cayenne paprika and sazón, but I do add cheese to a lot of my meals….

For those asking the long distance thing is good, her family is in Colombia so I’ve only met them over the phone / FaceTime and she supports my training never gives me an issue about the gym or going 5-6 days a week
