@Kaw723 protein is high can even to go 270 if you ask me, and the special k protein you should replace with protein cereal imo tastes better

squats do a few more reps next time
 
the food preparation looks fantastic similar to what I do
I always season my chicken with salt black pepper lime and smoked paprika and it's the best marinade and it's extremely good for you too

I like the rice and vegetables always good carbs
