Stats:
-22 years old, 5'8, 160lbs around 13% bf
-I have been training for 5 years
-I have been on trt 125mg for a while now and I decided to start my first cycle around february the 1st.
Cycle info:
-500mg test c/week split in 2
-400ui hcg 2 times per week
-Arimidex : this is definitly alot for most people but I AM VERY SENSITIVE TO ESTROGEN, 0.25mg everday until I feel low e2 symptoms then I stop for 2 days and continue, it usually spikes back once I stop.
I am thinking about adding raloxifene to let lower the ai use to once every 2 days or something, but I would need to avoid the bloating too, I am going to add 5 or 10mg ed cialis once I recieve it and I might add eq.
Training:
PPL sokut training 6 days per week, I have wrist injury which is why I lack some exercices.
Push day: bench press 4 sets of : 12,10,8, 6-4 reps
incline bench : 10,8,8
dips : 3x8
overhead press: 12,8,6,6
lateral raises : alter between 15x3 and 8x3
tricep cable pushdown : 8x3
Pull day: dumbbell rows : 12x3
lat pulldowns : 8x3
seated mid row : 8x3
cable rear delt fly : 15x3
hammer curls : 8x3
deadlift : 12,10,8,4 but I deadlift once per week
Legs: squats: 12,10,8,6
RDL: 10,8,6
leg extensions : 8x3
leg curls : 8x3
calf raises : 8x3
my lower body is porbably lacking but I don't really care that much about it
I don't do any cardio during my bulk, ye ye Ik I need to change that
Sleep and supp use:
I always get my 8 hours of sleep or more but sometimes it is like from 5am to 1pm so it may not be the most optimal.
I take magnesium,zync and multivitamin supplements and fish oil 4g per day
Diet:
I always eat at my office's cafeteria/canteen so I can't put it here in details but I always try to hit protein goals and go above my maintenance calories which has been working as the scale increases. I get some of my carbs from bad sources tho like cakes, donuts and cookies.
a day of eating would be like :
-300g of fish
-200g of rice and a little bit of vegetables
-100g of oats
-30g of protein powder
-100g of lentils,
- 2 yogurts
- 50g of cheese
- 200g of donuts or whatever desert I bought for the day
Issues:
I get like 2 nosebleeds every 2 week, I don't feel high bp tho. I measured it this morning and it came around 140/70, I don't understnad why that 70 is there.
My dick doesn't work at all, but I'd rather having not working that having remarkably puffy nipples.
