I’m 33 years old 5,9” 195 pounds.
I’ve been taking 200 mgs of test every 3 days for a total of 400 mgs a week for the last month. Before that I’ve been on trt of 100mg a week for about 6 months.
I’ve been doing a 5 day split as follows for the last 6 weeks. M-chest T-back W-legs T- Arms Fri- shoulders. With sat Sunday as rest days. I throw abs in a couple days too. I just started a different job so I’m going to have to switch up my split to 4 days. Any suggestions on that? I’m familiar with it them in just wondering what you all think would be best. I will be going Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday. I can throw a day in in the weekend sometimes too.
So this is what I have for gear. (All pharmaqo except the dbol which is xt labs).

Tri ester test 400 mg/ ml at 200 mg every 3 days
Nandralone deconate 300 mg/ at 300 mg once a week
Dbol 50 mg/ ml at 25 mg daily
Arimidex .5 twice a week. (Will be ordering aromasin instead.

A typical day for me looks like this:

Wake up at 5 am drink coffee/ water and eat breakfast
Work From 6 - 430 ( I’m on My feet moving around all day) I get a break from 9-915 12-1230, and 2-215. I eat at every break.

I eat dinner at 5. I make it to the gym at about 7 I workout out for 45 minutes to an hour. I drink a protein shake right after, and eat another small meal when I get home. I go to sleep at about 10 pm.

Here is my log so far


11/20/23 MON. (Rest day)

Sleep: 6 hours

Breakfast: 4 eggs, one piece of toast with butter, 800 calorie, 50 gram protein shake.

9 am Greek yogurt.



2 tuna salad sandwiches on white bread for lunch, and trail mix.



Dinner American chop sue, and garlic bread



11/21 TUES.

Sleep 6 hours

530 amBreakfast shake 50 G protein 800 calories 3 hard boiled eggs



9 am parfait 12 G protein 300 calories



12 pm lunch 2 pieces Hawaiian pizza 50 G protein shake 300 calories

2 pm 2 bananas hummus and crackers.



330 pm-430 GYM( I walk a mile each way to get there and home)

I’ve never been this detailed about before, I will try to be more specific about macronutrients and calories from now on. How is this to start though?
@ptrrchrd this is a great log start I'm happy you're sharing with us

on the training, if you have a new job try a 3 day split with 1 day full body workout and cardio
that will give you that pump on the 3 days and a deload->recompensation on day 4 and you can rest out from these 2 days

also on training, please keep sharing as you train
on the diet, also keep sharing

on the diet a bit of a comment, its not bad but you can increase fiber a lot, add psyllium husk to the diet and adding some omega 3 fats on top of the fish is fine too, you can use capsules
how about your supplements organ liver support? vitamin D/C etc?

also we need to see pictures please
a picture of you with face blurred
b picture of your meals a few pics per day as you go just snap with phone
c picture of some training here and there
and d your gear pictures

on the cycle for deca split the shot, always split injections minimum into 2 even lower doses
 
I meant to throw this out there too, Ive run a cycle of deca and test, and tren and test, both within 3 months of each other. ( I had terrible advice, and no experience) worked out steadily, but my diet was shit and I definitely didnt get what I could’ve out of it. I ran both without any estrogen blockers and never experienced any gyno. This time, just being on the 400 mgs of test for a month I started to get a little bit in the right side, but hd adex on hand, and it went away.

For supplements I have a GNC mass gainer, BCAA hydration mix, Creatine Mono, and I have pre workout that I don’t always use. I don’t take any vitamin c or d, what would you recommend, and what should I get for organ/ liver support?

I will get some pictures for you guys tomorrow. Looking forward to the input. Thanks a lot

Can you post a pic? 5'9" and 195lbs with that diet is telling me your prob out of shape?
 
That’s not what ive been eating. That’s just what I’ve eaten the last 2 days. My actually calories for the last couple months have been prob closer to 2500 or less. I actually struggle with appetite, and I just got the weight gainer. I’m not cut but Im not out of shape. I’ll post pics for you later today.

doesn't matter how good or bad your diet is right now that's the whole reason for this log to improve you
 
that is a good sign that you struggle with appetite because it leaves you room to bulk
 
start logging your daily meals going forward and be honest we're not here to give you a hard time we're here to help you
 
Another thing too. I live in a halfway house at the moment. So sometimes I don’t have a lot of choice on what I have for dinner. I try to buy a lot of my own food and cook my own dinner, but sometimes there’s no room in the kitchen or I don’t have Time I think I’m gonna try food prepping on Sunday’s. Does anyone have any 5 day prep plans to give me good idea of what to do? Best options for nutrition, money, and time
