RX bars aren't that bad. are they as good as eating a real egg or fruit? of course not

but if i had to pick a bar that would be OKAY that would be it.

i still recommend dropping the bars though until atleast you learn to prep and make your own whole food options

I see too many people just depending on protein bars and protein shakes and it becomes chronically lazy and habitual

Once I’m able to make my big grocery trip, I’ll be eating less protein bars. I don’t have much on hand right now so that’s hag I usually end up buying from the gas station next to my work
