I am starting this log late and only have 4 weeks left of the cycle. I am currently on week 12 and my starting weight was 203 and weight right now is 214. This is my first log ever so please bear with me guys. I am 6’0 and 214 and haven’t had my body fat measured in a while but I am in great shape. This is my first big bulk and I am pretty satisfied so far but still have 4 weeks to go. Really I am wanting to start a cut maybe in January or February and wanting you guys to give some input and suggestions.

Week 1-4
500mg/wk Test C
300mg/wk deca
25mg/ed dbol
Week 5-12
500mg/wk Test C
300mg/wk deca
(I dropped the dbol after 4 weeks)
I plan on staying at this level all the way to week 16 but open to inputs for increase/decrease. My PCT will be clomid and I plan on cruising on test into my cut a few weeks after this bulk
I take 12.5mg of aromasin on Mondays and Thursdays

My Diet
Breakfast: 1 cup of cooked liquid egg whites and 1 cup of oats.

10AM: usually a footlong from subway or 6oz of chicken and 180grams of rice (depending on if I cooked lol)

1PM: I usually have another 6oz of chicken and 180grams of rice or something high in protein and carbs.

4PM: A homemade mass gainer shake with oats, whey and peanut butter.

6PM: Usually some type of pasta or whatever my wife cooks. We eat very healthy and do not eat sweets or fatty foods.

Workout
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Chest then I just follow the same schedule for what I hit on the days after that.
Sundays I try to rest but am very bad about rest days so I usually end up going.

I will post pictures so you guys can see where I’m at and please guys give me any advice and input that you have!!!
 
Sounds like solid progress so far! I'd be interested to see before and after pics, but gaining 11 pounds over 12 weeks is a lot.

For the last 4 weeks, you could consider a slight tweak to push your progress further, like increasing Deca to 400mg if you’re tolerating it well. No need to force it if you’re happy where you’re at, though.

Your cutting plan sounds good- cruising on test for a bit before transitioning into a cut will help you maintain the gains while your body adjusts. When you start cutting, focus on gradually dropping calories and keeping protein high to preserve as much muscle as possible.

For diet, if you want to really dial it in, consider tracking your macros more precisely, especially as you head toward your cut. Adding more variety (lean beef, fish, etc.) could also keep things from getting monotonous.

As for training, the 6-day split looks solid, but make sure you’re hitting intensity and progressive overload, especially as you bulk. Maybe try incorporating rest-pause sets or some heavier compound work (eg, 5x5 on key lifts) to push strength gains further. And don’t underestimate rest- taking at least one proper rest day a week can help with recovery and performance.

@Girthquake welcome to the EVO family bro ;) I love this test deca log great start, and LOL at your username, "GIRTH quake" like you thick as an earthquake :P good pick.

Starting a log late is better than never and EVO family will support you all the way here our iron brother ;)

Some comments and thoughts on this cycles so far.

Cycle
500mgs test and 300mgs deca is legit, oldschool bulker nothing wrong with it.
You do need a few things I see missing.
Proviron at least 25mgs ED with deca is a must.
Also I see you missing organ liver support, I suggest you use n2guard (they support EVO family and designed for steroid cycles)

if you dont use organ liver support expect ALT/AST thru the roof later with creatinine issues.

PCT
Clomid alone is NOT pct bro.

Bro I cannot believe the feedback I have gotten so far. Y’all are amazing. I’m definitely going to be getting some proviron in the next few days. I will re update my log and add in more specific details of my diet and training. I forgot to mention I will also be adding HCG to my PCT. I’m definitely going to look into getting nolvadex also.
I am open for any training tips and any type of criticism so please if you guys or anyone else has anything to add let me know. I am 28 now but have been lifting since I was about 19. I didn’t try to get serious until I was about 24. This is my 3rd cycle and I know my physique and body isn’t up to par compared to most of yall but I promise I’m putting in the work and trying. I have severe body dismorphia and seeing yalls profile pics made me realize just how far behind in the game I am compared to yall.
My chest is very hard to grow but I’m slowly but surely noticing gains to it on this cycle. I’ve never had a trainer or anything like that. Just workout partners that have dabbled in the gear game like me. So like I said before any type of lifts or movements that you guys can recommend or see what body parts I’m lacking in please please be honest with me because my wife does not care about my hobby and will not be straight up with me when I ask questions lol

Body dysmorphia
You're not alone bro! this is a steroid forum full of guys shooting up testosterone and tren and hgh because we all have body dysmorphia and eating disorders of types. Many just dont want to admit it, but it's true, but why is that a bad thing? Like I think I'm small and want to get bigger, alright thats my life choice right? I like to be big and thick, and sure its a dysmorphia but thats the body I'm comfortable in. No shame in that, so thats my view on it.

I highly suggest against using HCG, its made from pregnant female urine. In some cases there is need for HCG, like guys coming off TRT with severe shut down, but a test deca cycle is not one of those cases.

Based on the pics,
I would reconsider the compounds you are using.
Dbol and deca will cause significant mineral retention and increase in aromatase activity, causing the well known side effects caused by out of range E2.
You want to minimise this as much as possible, if you’re very lean, sure you can definitely get away with it. But when carrying more body fat ( I apologise if I have offended you, I’m objective) you will see some more side effects in BP, poor insulin sensitivity, increased stressed on kidneys and heart due to increased blood volume and pressure.

I would consider this - look at maybe reducing body fat first before you start a muscle building phase. You’re going to deteriorate your health bulking at this stage, sure you will gain some muscle, but you will see lots of water retention and fat accumulation.

Look at improving your metabolic parameters and reducing body fat to favour muscle gain down the line. I have put my clients on this road and they have never looked back as the recomp effect is fantastic.

sorry if this isn’t want you want to hear, but I think this will benefit you in the long run. Improving health, increasing overall muscle gain and looking much better, then just bulking.

A diet in a deficit with whole foods, cardio and good training regime will get you here.

its most important to keep the nutrition on point no dirty eating

but i would agree with a couple points. i think this cycle isn't your best choice
you should do a cutter or recomp
