I think you should address the other points I brought up as well.Last 3 days 5 to 6hrs night 15hrs total
Snoozes 20mins try around 2pm each day.
Last 2 weeks
I go to sleep at 9 but wake up by 1am
Then back to sleep by 2ish or so until 4am
Get sleep aids and add them, melatonin valerian root magensium and zinc.
