get together your healthy food and make sure you have a plan
 
Been busy with life lately so I haven’t been able to update my the log but I’ve cleaned up my diet a lot the past few days. I have a couple of questions.
when I’m at a place that doesn’t have anything clean that I can eat and I wasn’t able to bring anything in with me (was at a carnival type place with the kids) is it better to eat crap or skip the meal and catch up on calories later? I chose skipping the meal and catching up later.
If I have to pick between a full night’s sleep or getting a workout in, what should I do?
Night sweats. I know they are part of cycles but any way to reduce them??

I would eat the meal and enjoy the food with your family, sometimes you need to let it go.
 
International. I’ve actually never ordered domestic, I’ve ordered about 5 or 6 times and it’s always been international.
Brother same here, I never used domestic, well I don't want to say never, but I can count on one hand how many times, for the rest it's always international.
