Ok, so I’m starting this log today, I’ve followed the advice of experienced people to start logging my diet as right now I’m not really eating healthy but have had a problem with enima and anorexia in my teen years which ultimately stunted my ability to eat in my adult life, so my goal is to continue eating between 2500-3500 calories a day, I do enjoy eating healthy so that will definitely be my ultimate dietary goal. I will be on a strict meal prep of 250g chicken, 100g of rice and 75g of veggies of a lunch and dinner
I have just started food logs yesterday I consumed 2875 calories

At the moment I am also drinking more water than I ever have in my life 3-4L a day, and protein water

Supplements: creatine, magnesium, calcium and fast acting VIT D3 (am open to whatever supplements you think would benefit me!)
(Will be taking a organ support especially if I do the dbol)


I am routinely training 3-4days a week, am working in a rural area so I am limited to dumbbell, straight bar and body weight exercises

Am planing on taking 250mg per week of Test and Deca,

I have had a half of that for the last two weeks as I am waiting for my PCT meds to arrive, I will get my wife to take photos and upload to the log.

If I have missing something please let me know

A lot of work for your diet, but I want to point out to everyone that you've had an eating disorder in the past and that it will stay with you forever.

Do not overanalyze everything. Focus on good, long lasting habits. Be patient. Eat food you enjoy.

Do not fall into orthorexia. I implore other forum members to keep that in mind.

Oh for sure there is a lot I have to work on for my diet, just getting the intake amounts correct before I go right on with it, it will be hard but I WILL GET THERE

@Hazardsz good start to the log, on point and I like you shared pics
and if you want gains you should be detailed

now if you want test deca we can help you thats fine 250 but how about your other issues

diet, please post your meals foods you eat and when you eat it
training, more details exercises weights sets reps
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

and post pics of your supps
and pics of food
and pics of training share more

 
definitely tighten up your diet
you won't see me eating pizza and eating Wingettes whatever that is for example

but you can certainly make your own homemade pizza with quality ingredients or make your own chicken wings

it's about changing things here and there to get your diet to another level
 
good that you put up pictures you definitely have a long way to go before you turn pro
I would recommend you look into getting your diet and training on point
 
it starts with how you train
If possible if you can get a video or pictures up of your training that would be awesome
 
it's a good start to the log and you definitely have a lot of work to do to improve
I would get rid of the junky stuff that's in your diet first
