Todays dietary efforts and training, I’ve also been for a 2.5km walk to a friends and back!, feeling really back in my zone at the gym! I am still seeing growth and am feeling stronger and stronger every day!!

Oh no I don’t think that at all, it’s just my personal problems didn’t need to become an issue for any of you guys individually or become an issue for this forum!
 
Had a wicked morning today!!!
2.8km walk to the gym
1.5hrs training legs!
2.8km walk back to the motel!

Heart rate range 56bpm - 173bpm (is the 173bpm too high?)

Am also on a 22hour fast 💪💪

Really starting to feel good with being back in a routine!! I’ve been to the gym everyday for 3days in a row, I’m kinda thinking I want to continue with that, 6 on 1 off, the only problem with that is I work from 6am-5/5:45/6pm on this job I’m on, it doesn’t leave me much time, but what daddy wants daddy gets, that’s why I’m living the dream 😂😂😂😂😂❤️❤️

20 hours of fasting is when the magic starts happening so the more you can go past 20 hours the more benefits you will get

Not gonna lie it does get me down, but that’s when after it’s affected me for 2 or 3 days in a row, and give myself a pep talk and get my head “back in the game” (meaning thinking positively and driving that motivation back into my blood)

Yeah 2thick I really did smash them! I even felt it during the day, which was the first time I’ve ever felt sore on the same day as training normally my legs soreness peaks at about day 2or3 after training!
