I decided today with one of the guys today that we will wake up earlier and goto the gym at 5am, right before work, which I think that my effectively get rid of abit of a problem I have with training late in the day is it takes me abit to actually fall asleep almost like it pumps more energy into me
was stoked to goto the gym today, but once I got home and did a few things it was too late, (only because it’s a 40min walk each way, so I decided to do some bodyweight exercises, there is some things I’d like to explain about my workout;
Russian twists, Bicycle crunches, Oblique crunches and Mountain climbers = 1 Rep = one on each side
Everything burpee variant & Mountain climbers = have slightly explosive positive rep hold for 5seconds and a very slow and controlled negative rep
SqT>PU>JS (burpee variant) consists of a Squat thrust to a diamond style push up finished by a jump squat
Today’s diet was a little lazy!! What’s making it hard tbh is the fact that there aren’t any cooking facilities in this motel other than a fkn microwave and a kettle and a toaster

you've got to do the best you can while traveling and be creative, you can pack one of those small grills with you or a rice cooker

I would find a grill somewhere in town and go there and Grill up a bunch of food and then take it back and stick it in the fridge
