Were what I finished my session with today, as dropsets
Hammer: 50kg x 6, 40kg x 8, 30kg x 10, 20kg x 12
Reverse: 35kg x 6, 25kg x 8, 15kg x 10, 10kg x 12
Close: 55kg x 6, 35kg x 8, 25kg x 10, 15kg x 12
(Was really burnt out by this stage) (I also didn’t rest in between these last 4 exercises)
Bi Curl: 40kg x 6, 30kg x 8, 25kg x 10, 20kg x 12

@Hazardsz 9 vials for bloods is normalToday’s diet and training! I’ve been doing “ok” I had abit of a slow day in the gym today! Haven’t had work for Sunday or Monday, and I think it threw my routine off a little, wasn’t feeling very hyped going into the gym today, but I got through it, I had just had 9 vials of blood taken for my bloodworkbecause I had two referrals, one from a GP back home, and another from “ROIDSAFE”
Fingers crossed hopefully everything is going well, I have seemed to be a little unfocused at the moment which sort of sucks and it’s only been in the last 3 days! I have to kick myself in the arse and bring myself back up to speed
