So I started Mauy Thai today which consisted of 1hr of skipping, bag work (kicks, punches, knees and elbows) I was legitimately knackered half way through, it was a real eye opener to how unfit I am cardio wise, I have Brazilian Ju Jitsu tomorrow as well which goes for an hour, I think I’ll do one of each each week for now, as I get fitter I will increase especially if I like it, I definitely noticed it in the gym straight after I was already drained energy wise, I just had to push myself, and to be honest this one girl kept watching me it made me feel awkward a little but also gave me motivation to not be a fucking pussyI tried to smash the gym out as quick as possible
