@Hazardsz training is back welcome backHey guys, sorry I have been super busy with this separation, and moving houses and all sorts, I quit my job and went back home, everything is all fucked up, but it is safe to say I have been still focusing on the gym and eating well, I have seen a big improvement in my lower body and core which is great, I feel like I’ve plateaued abit with my upper body, but then I’ll goto the gym get pumped and feel fine
