Hey guys, sorry I have been super busy with this separation, and moving houses and all sorts, I quit my job and went back home, everything is all fucked up, but it is safe to say I have been still focusing on the gym and eating well, I have seen a big improvement in my lower body and core which is great, I feel like I’ve plateaued abit with my upper body, but then I’ll goto the gym get pumped and feel fine 😂

And exercises that have more than 15reps are drop sets

Diet for today to, I haven’t even been logging my diet since I came back here today was the first day, I seem to be leaning tf out which isn’t bad

do it diet it hard more protein needed
 
Todays dietary and training efforts, I’ve managed to increase my gym days to 6 days a week, I’m generally in the gym for 1.5-2hours a day, I came to the conclusion that I had to increase lower body training to 2 days a week, I did LB Monday and today (Thursday) but am thinking that’s a good spread,I sort of need to make a schedule of what muscle groups on what days

I am getting a dexa scan done in the next week or two, the bodybuilder that does them and has the machine that does the scan, reckons as a guess I’d be 8-10%BF
But am keen to seen data
