other guys believe in high protein but I'm telling you scientifically you just don't need as much protein as people think

Thanks for clearing that up because I thought even 200g (which is what I was trying to hit) was excessive
 
In all honesty do I need more than 280g of protein daily??
@Hazardsz you're fairly lean so I think you utilize the protein well and you can make more gains long term with a positive nitrogen balance so yes you do
but you dont need to load up on steak just 1-2 more protein shakes will put you over the edge
 
plan I've had clients with high protein perform very well but I've also had clients with low protein perform well it depends
 
for the goals you're looking to do 200 grams is good

starting new somewhere fresh is always a pain at first but then it can end up being an awesome experience
 
Hey guys, sorry I have been super busy with this separation, and moving houses and all sorts, I quit my job and went back home, everything is all fucked up, but it is safe to say I have been still focusing on the gym and eating well, I have seen a big improvement in my lower body and core which is great, I feel like I’ve plateaued abit with my upper body, but then I’ll goto the gym get pumped and feel fine 😂

And exercises that have more than 15reps are drop sets

Todays diet and training, had abit of a slack day eating, haven’t had my normal breakfast in like 2or3 days, but other than that everything’s going well, I don’t have much to focus on anymore and have a lot of time to myself, so I’m engaging in courses to better my parenting as well as dealing and thriving through separation and a wellbeing course as well as engaging in therapy, I’ve got a lot of things to better about myself the physical side was just the start, but yeah, I managed to bring my e2 right down which is good because I was starting to feel it in my head
