Todays diet and training, had abit of a slack day eating, haven’t had my normal breakfast in like 2or3 days, but other than that everything’s going well, I don’t have much to focus on anymore and have a lot of time to myself, so I’m engaging in courses to better my parenting as well as dealing and thriving through separation and a wellbeing course as well as engaging in therapy, I’ve got a lot of things to better about myself the physical side was just the start, but yeah, I managed to bring my e2 right down which is good because I was starting to feel it in my head

i try to do 3-4sets of 8ish exercises, sometimes i like to do dropsets for the fourth set of some things exercises

i smashed my phone out of a loss of control of my emotions (anger, sadness, confusion, guilt)

yeah i know i need heaps more cardio, back in VIC i started muay thai and brazilian jujitsu, and they were both great cardio workouts, ive actually enquired about joining a club at home and throw it into the mix

Just paid to get my back up fixed... expensive
 
take the anger out on the weights man. consider even doing some HIT cardio
 
don't worry about the separation
 
now you have an opportunity to meet new people so it's not that bad
 
you can always share what's going on in your personal life don't be shy about it we've all been through it
 
hopefully you can let out some anger the right way
