Currently doing my 10km on the bike. I think I will be increasing my cardio to 20km 3 days per week moving forward. Leaning out nicely but would like to push it that tiny bit harder.

DHB being introduced has got me feeling like a have some very solid control of the weight I’m moving on certain exercises. And still can’t get past how easy and smooth injections are. @RequiemLabs definitely is providing some quality stuff. Previous oils were becoming a pain to inject

Meals still remaining the same but I’m considering a cheat meal this evening for dinner.
Nothing wrong with a cheat meal on back day.

Currently midday here bro.

I’m 90% sure I’ll eat something fun but I won’t be over doing it either. And pictures will absolutely be provided

I’m too scared of getting a solid HSP lately coz my dirty food go right through me these days 😂😂

I was leaning towards pizza but the misus has twisted my arm into some Mexican with some desserts to wash it down. Will be posted shortly

Haha damn! Mexican is mad brother enjoy!!!!
 
Ended up choosing the Mexican for dinner. Washed down with some Oreo Dutch pancakes halved with my partner. Forgot to get a photo of the pancakes.

Also tattooed a friend for a bit of fun so photo attached of that too because why not 😂

A Mexican cola was the highlight of my night. I haven’t had a sugar drink for quite some time now.

make sure you finish any cheat meal with some pineapple for their digestion
