Currently doing my 10km on the bike. I think I will be increasing my cardio to 20km 3 days per week moving forward. Leaning out nicely but would like to push it that tiny bit harder.
DHB being introduced has got me feeling like a have some very solid control of the weight I’m moving on certain exercises. And still can’t get past how easy and smooth injections are.
@RequiemLabs definitely is providing some quality stuff. Previous oils were becoming a pain to inject
Meals still remaining the same but I’m considering a cheat meal this evening for dinner.
