Honestly bro I think I’ve built a tolerance for it and I’m not a fan of that. I miss using C4

Take 2 full weeks off from no caffeine and you’ll do like a restart
 
I like hack squats wish my gym had one Definitely a fun machine
It’s a love hate relationship for me depending on what brand the hack squat is.
 
Midnight cardio session. No excuses on this final week. Possibly won’t be a rest day either. Maybe Thursday if my body asks for it but currently feeling great and in high spirits for holiday approaching.

Will post up meals tomorrow along with workout even though they still remain the same 😂
