Midday Monday here in aussie land my brother. None the less I still smashed the weekend workouts too haha. Finishing strong this week for blast before enjoying 10 days abroad
Midnight cardio session. No excuses on this final week. Possibly won’t be a rest day either. Maybe Thursday if my body asks for it but currently feeling great and in high spirits for holiday approaching.
