Nice light leg workout today. Pulled bloods this morning so I had no intention of pushing myself too hard. Just get in there and get the job done.

New to lunges so that was a little awkward. Get one final workout in tomorrow which will likely just be something enjoyable focusing on a good pump and will post up some closing out photos of the blast before flying out for my holiday 💪🏽

Weighing in at 101.7kg this morning. Feeling lean still with a little fullness.

Got my first meal in as always being my 70g rolled oats with whey protein and 80g raspberries. 500ml water. Let that settle and ducked to the shop quickly before my chest session.

Preworkout 250mg caffeine “faction labs disorder” can I just state that the taste and texture of this preworkout is so incredibly enjoyable.
1 scoop “pump juice”
6g creatine monohydrate

No staminade for intra workout today. I forgot I ran out so we just raw dogged it with 1L of water. I didn’t plan to push to hard anyway.

The plan is to lightly hit abs daily throughout this week provided they can handle it. So far so good but let’s see if I sing the same tune tomorrow.

Cardio again will take place late tonight with 20km on the bike. Possibly going to push it to 25km

50g steel cut oats with whey protein (cake batter 🤤)
250g egg whites, 2 whole eggs topped with some salt and pepper.

Snack as I begin work will be my 24g rice cakes. Likely today will be the last day of that. I just use them to keep me from wanting to buy cookies from the work vending machine when dying of starvation 😂😂

250g extra lean 95/5 beef mince
250g Thai jasmine rice
Taco seasoning
15g light sour cream
50g salsa

Meal 4
300g chicken breast
200g Thai jasmine rice
50g butter chicken sauce
All purpose seasoning

1L water split across meal 3 & 4. Sometimes I treat myself to a can of Coke Zero. But I don’t think today is one of those days.

Snack along side meal 4
30g walnuts. I was doing 40g but just felt like I was enjoying that too much 😂

Legs are a weak point for me being that I have very skinny genetics and like a lot of guys I spent years neglecting leg workouts. So while the pump was decent. I still prefer when I push a little harder to really get the muscle filled. Ham string curls being my favourite movement lately.
will take time but you'll push them legs up :)

The final workout before my holiday has taken place. Today’s workout was strictly for the pump and featured my 14 year old son who has just gotten his gym membership.
