However. I read your original post and everything in it from drugs to diet to nutrition is a complete disaster.

First of all you say yourc18% bf, when are people going to learn you just do not waste money on MASTERON if your bf is over 6%.

Masteron, out of every anabolic steroid. Is the weakest at building muscle mass. Basically it just doesn't at all. Emits good for a single thing with the PRECONTEST bb whose bf is already stupid low MASTERON will make muscles appear even harder or a model on a photo shoot. Other than that just flush your cas down the toilet.

Also, from what I gather you are far from intermediate or advanced so why are you using 1,999 MGS of test a week. Is this some suggestion for another of thev109,000's clueless guys who walk around gyms outing themselves out as drug gurus when they know nothing? You should have never exceeded 500-600 MGS, smash or give away the damn MASTERON, get on 400mg or so of deca.
As for nutrition come on 4 meals?

Also from what you look like 300 calories is excessive and not making you look any good at all. Your 15 % bf uing 1000mg of test and 600 mgs of unbelievably MASTERON. Sometimes I'd just like to throw up when I read things like this

Bro I didn't mean to blast you. What I did was after 35+ years competing placing top 3 in 4 NPC NATIONAL contest I was trying to help you believe it or not. I may have been hash but I honestly would love to see you make progress. Taking MASTERON with bf higher than I ever carried in my life is as good as flushing the cash down the toilet.

I'm sorry I was harsh but why not read around the harshness so you can actually see the advice I'm giving you is excellent. If you allowed me to help you out you would gain more in 4 months than you will in 3byearscdoing what you are.

Leg training from yesterday. Let it be noted I come in feeling confident and wanting to push quite hard. But on my 110kg squats I tweaked my back. Not too bad but bad enough to ruin not only my session but my entire arvo/night at work. Moaning and groaning like a girl 😂

The 100kg felt smooth. But I should have just left it at that and potentially moved into some jacks to really break down the tissue.

I know man I’ve been slack with the meals but I promise they are coming. Possibly some take out meals also as my girl is always boss 😂
