Honestly wouldn't have a clue. Only eat when im hungry now, as I used to try and bulk and wouldn't put any extra muscle just felt like shit and insulin resistant.
Now that I'm only eating when my body tells me to it's been really easy to get lean and I don't have to make a effort to stay this way.
I'm eating mostly whole foods, been making lamb salads for lunches, eggs on Sourdough for breakfast and meat and veg for dinner
I have a carb meal and coffee before gym sessions on training days. Have a litre of cocobella coconut water during workout to stay hydrated and steady carb source
