Peptide Update

I dont think its a coincidents but 2 nights in taking bpc, tb, hgh and glutathione and my chronic pain has substantially improved. Sleep quality up 100% and no lethargy in the morning

I have had long term insomnia for the last 10 years and this is the best sleep I've had in a long time.

New incline press pb 55kg x 6. Have been stuck on 52.5 and kept falling my lifts but I felt strong and gave it a crack.

Knees are feeling better as everyday goes on... just slowly introducing quad training so I dont rush it and do any damage

I think 2 weeks and I should be able to push close to failure on my quad dominant lifts again

Very nice meal, you need to take quercitin with your berberine so it absorbs.
