Cheers brother, 4 weeks left in this training block but might make some adjustments for the last 4. Reduce quad volume, increase hamstring volume. Increase cardio
Add isometric holds in some quad movements and chest pressing movements to help with tendon stiffness as ive had a little trouble from the big jumps in strength.
