My training has changed a little bit. Added isometric holds, aswell as rotator cuff and core strength exercises.
Have recently started a new powerlifting education course to learn proper techniques on bench, squat and deads not that I plan on competing in that but I enjoy learning.
Did a PB on Bench Press for 1RM 140kgs moved pretty smooth havent done these for atleast 5 years
And an easy squat PB of 1RM 210kg

Hey bros and the few gals in here, update cycle has been going great. Will be coming off 3 weeks from now. Health is fantastic, BP is 120/60 better than it ever has been
Reason for cycling off is ill be having surgery so out of action for a bit, will be coming to a cruise about 150mg test e. Give the body a rest and aim to get into some BB comp at later in the year depending on surgeries
Weight is up slightly increased to 91-92kg, strength is up heaps, decent increase in lean mass
Diet going well and digestive system feeling happy
Training going well. Enjoying my high intensity low volume workouts as well as my supplementary core,rotator cuff and spine erector exercises. Seem to be helping as my chronic pain has reduced since doing these supporting exercises
