Approved Log My Testosterone Enanthate+ Deca Durabolin + Proviron - Aussie log

Hi Evo fam,

After finishing my last log 4-5weeks ago (Test e 300 12w + Var for 6w) with zero sides I will be starting a Test e + Deca (still relatively lowish doses) cycle for 12 weeks - and possible push to 16 weeks if things are going well.

STATS:
Age: 43
Height: 6ft 3” (190cm)
Weight: 92kg (last cycle didn't move the scale at all but lost BF, got stronger and shirt sleeves got tighter)
Certainly no mass monster more of a tall lean guy but keen to try and put on a couple of kilo's.
Bf: no clue but under 20% surely (please have a guess from the pics ?18%)

CYCLE:
Cycle duration: 12 weeks (up to 16 all going well - I'm just a bit cautious)
Doses : Test 500mg/w, Deca 200mg/w, Proviron 25mg/day - I know some will say Deca and Proviron doses are a bit low but again - I'm cautious and just want to see how this goes). I also have Aromasin on hand should it be required. My cycle is generously sponsored by @Ferrari Pharmaceuticals and my pin this morning was super smooth (and the most I've ever injected in 1 syringe 1.5ml)

DIET:
Brekky - Usually eggs and mushrooms ( on a slice of toast but will cut the morning bread out) + Coffee
Morning snack - Protein yoghurt
Lunch - Meat +rice + vege (chicken or beef)
Afternoon - Protein Shake with yoghurt and oats
Dinner - Whatever the family is having - relatively clean diet with again meat + Veg (will eat less pasta this round for sure!)

TRAINING:
Generally 4-5 days a week - bro split of
Chest/bi's
Back/Tri's - loving the pull-ups atm up to 16 straight - trying to get to 20.
Shoulders/Legs
Cardio - general walking the dogs to get steps in a cycling. At the gym skipping with most workouts

INJURIES:
Right Elbow flexor tendinitis which comes and goes - just have to be careful with heavy DB curls
Lower Back bulging disc - has taken by ability to dead-lift away
Torn PCL in the right knee - taken away my ability to squat heavy and strangely enough hamstring curl (end up with a painful swollen knee for a week every time I try to do a hamstring curly heavy).
I do cycle aka road bike cycling (more once the weather here warms up which it is starting to) which is a good leg workout and doesn't hurt my knee.

SUPPS:
General Mens multivitamin
BCAA drink with Taurine
Vit C
Vit D
TUDCA + Milk thistle
Also take a magnesium drink (which I get slack on but will try and be stricter with this)

GOALS:
Was happy with the results of the last mild cycle and am hoping to put on some bulk this cycle - especially across the chest and shoulders to get a wider V-taper. I am hoping for a few extra kilo's - has always been hard work for me to put on mass so hopefully the Deca will help. I may find eating more a bit tricky too (as it can be difficult to get extra food in during the day depending on how bust work is) but will see what happens.

Current body pics incoming. Will share more detail on workouts this week as I do them, pics etc of equipment and gear porn.

Good to see another Aussie log, the Aussies are digging deep!!!! @Ferrari Pharmaceuticals is a good lab congratulations brother kill it👊💪
 
Keen to watch this as I'm.about to start a deca and test cycle myself.

Also 40 and 183cm 90kg

You would be closer to 15% as I'm 17% and def got more fat than you

Would highly recommend a hard cut brother try an push for that 12% would help with your bulk cycle I'm assuming that's what the test deca is for 😁

Yeah im cutting as much as I can. Not starting for a a bit
 
43 years old you are in this sweet spot of age
40 is the new 20
 
hopefully you get some good results
92 kg you got some good muscle on your frame
