ha thanks mate! Definitely getting stronger - seems difficult to see any physical size difference at the moment - not helped by my tall frame and long limbs I guess but I must be doing something right!

takes time for tall guys but you'll have thicker and harder mass in the end @rizzlekdizzle :)

Yes 5min skipping and 20 min on the elliptical plus take my dog for a 4-5km walk most days. now the weather ove rhere is warming up starting to ride my bike too.
 
Also - just a note - unfortunately my sponsor for my cycle has gone AWOL which is a real loss for the aussie guys.

Luckily for me @DofRandD from RandD labs - an aussie lab who is proving themselves - has taken over - much appreciated.
So out of respect as soon as the care package arrives I will start a new log using exclusively his producets, which should be later this week.

Protocol will be much the same though I am thinking of upping the deca to 300mg/week as I have had smooth sailing on 200mg and will add Var in the last 6-7 weeks.

Will upload new starter pics etc too and of course gear porn.
