It wasn't too strong - I mean those numbers are from a machine I doubt they translate to actually kg's you know?
knee has felt ok the last few workouts but I haven't done any hamstring curls as I know thats what gets it going!

Hey bro, I have been on and off at the gym for a while just been an absolute shit life patch starting to get on top of things again I think in a couple weeks I might dial in with a cycle and do a proper log myself time to get more serious, summers coming up, not even close to what I used to look like but still look good, just know I can be better.

I have been reading a few of the logs I do think it’s a good idea even for myself to keep everything written down, also I like the idea of the pressure that will come with it, having everybody watching will give me that extra motivation I guess bro.

Mk677 for two reasons I’m thinking, one being the synergistic effect between Steroids and HGH, the second being just for a big hunger boost I do bulk up quite quickly and quite well but I am a bricklayer and sometimes eating even a normal size meal at work and bending over all day makes me sick and gives me quite a bit of reflux just really doesn’t work well. I do actually like 6+ more spread out even sized meals instead of 3 or 4 larger sized ones so hopefully with the hunger boost from mk677 I’ll be able to eat no so much at work and be able to stomach a larger than usual sized meal later without feeling so stuffed.

How about we prep a cycle prep log before you start? I think thats a positive direction and will allow us to guide and prep you.
the way you do it is start a NEW thread with your current LOG journal, diet training cardio sleep history and we guide a cycle from there

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Great bro thanks for keeping in contact with me so quickly, sounds like a good idea starting on only 10mg, I’m definitely feeling like this is the direction to go in with the log for my own goals and for everybody else to join along with me, I want to do this properly and fully detailed so I will go ahead with logging before actually starting the cycle just to get a nice routine of things going, you guys can expect me to start a thread by the end of this week as I’m just going to read around a bit more and go through more logs so I’m a bit more familiar and just make the experience really smooth! Looking forward to it and you’ll all see me smashing it out soon!👍🏼
