Back & Biceps
2 warm up sets on each exercise then 4-5 sets as heavy as I can manage for 8-12 reps
Seated Rows
Cable Pulldowns
Dumbell Rows
Back Extensions

Machine Preacher curls
Hammer curls
Seated dumbbell curls
Reverse grip pulldowns

Sunday April 21 - Training
Chest & Triceps
Currently working around a rotator cuff irritation - due to Bench press last year

Reverse Peck deck Flyes to warm up Shoulders ( Rotator cuff has a minor tear )
Pec Deck Flyes - 5 sets
Dumbell Press - 5 sets up to 37.5 Kg 8-12 reps
Incline Dumbell Flyes - 5 Sets up to 40 Kg 8 -12 reps
Cable press - 4 Sets
Low Cable Flyes 5 sets

Tricep rope press downs 5 sets
Tricep Cable press - V bar 5 sets
Overhead Dumbell Extension 4 sets.
Bench Dips to finish off no weight - to failure - 3 sets

All Exercises other than 20 rep warmup set are minimum 8 reps without spotter . An extra 4 reps to get to 12 with a spotter.
 
Sundays food - April 21 2024
4 Boiled eggs for Breakfast and 100g of Yoghurt (15g protein per tub)
Lunch - Cold Meat and Salad
Dinner - Steak (cooked on BBQ) & Sweet potato - baked in oven - no oil.

if boiled eggs bother you or give you gas and try and just lightly cooking them in coconut oil
 
try and lay off the pre-workouts and try to lift more Raw
