Machine preacher curls 5 sets 55kg until failure on 10 reps - drop to 50 kg fail at 6 reps. Drop to 45kg fail at 5 reps drop to 30 KG fail at 5 reps.

I have never had Bodyfat measured properly , don't know how to correctly.
I seem to carry a fair bit around the waist and even my chest.
you can use calipers to start in your gym, do you see that service there man? @Madmark73

Thanks Eddie, No calibers in our gym - it's more of a small-town gym . I definitely need more Cardio..I'll look in to buying some calibers soon too
