So it’s Sunday and feeling amazing. I started at 229 pounds and 6 weeks of winstrol brought me down to 214. Not as lean as I want to be still but that’s ok. Wife makes lots of positive comments on the things she’s seeing. Need to dial in diet a bit further.
Still running the 400mg test and 400mg eq for a few more weeks(12 weeks total). Will get blood work done when I finish.
Trying to get a bit more creative with the workouts. Looking at negatives, drop sets and supersets. Need to pump up the cardio some more too. Haven’t been consistently hitting my 30 minutes daily cardio.
Life has been crazy busy. In school full time getting teaching credential and working as well. Life is good! I really want to try tren on my next cycle.
Alright so great weekend and great chest day! Tried something different this morning and it felt amazing on my chest. Plate loaded lateral chest press.
Hammer incline chest press: 90x15 180x12 190x10 200x8
Dumbbell bench(per side): 60x8 60x8
Hammer chest press: 90x12 100x12 145x10
Machine fly: 100x20 115x20 130x12 130x12
Incline fly: 25x12 30x10 30x10
Tricep push down: 100x25 100x20 100x15
Still not crazy about dumbbell bench just feels like a shoulder injury waiting to happen so will permanently give up on those. The hammer lateral chest press felt amazing on chest and no strain on shoulders. This will be a staple moving forward.
Thoughts on adding 50mg of anadrol daily for last 4 weeks of cycle? Think this would be nice for some added strength gains.

Yes back is getting strong. Grip strength is still somewhat of a limiting factor otherwise my rack pulls would be 400 pounds.Cool. How do you feel in the gym? Your back looks like it's getting much stronger.
Definitely something to consider. I did just order the anadrol though. I know it’s a bit heavier than anything I have used yet. I think I can handle it though. I have zero side effects up to this point. Balls haven’t even shrinked and no hair loss. I know that doesn’t mean that anadrol won’t cause something. Figure I would try it out and if it’s too much I would just stop taking it? I will 100% stay away from tren. @BrightFuture we are your EVO family here, you should have talked to us first before going into anadrol, thats the point of a log.Definitely something to consider. @BrightFuture i would go 3 days on 1 off 3 days on split itI am also contemplating a workout split change. Thinking increased frequency would be beneficial. Currently just doing the standard 5 day body part split. What are the thoughts on push pull legs?
Beligas. I can always hold off til the next cycle though. Yeah that’s what I was thinking except go 6 days on 1 day off. If I rely on Sunday as a gym day I know I won’t be terribly consistent. Monday-Saturday is easy though.@BrightFuture i would go 3 days on 1 off 3 days on split it
