Approved Log My Testosterone, Equipoise, Winstrol Cycle Log

Yeah that’s what I was thinking except go 6 days on 1 day off. If I rely on Sunday as a gym day I know I won’t be terribly consistent. Monday-Saturday is easy though.

I will say I feel great and better than I have in years. Physically and mentally. Got a lot of stress but with being a new teacher and also being in school full time. Plus still being a husband and dad but I love all of it. The stress isn’t really phasing me and I am in such a good place right now. Also exploring Catholicism at the moment as well. Still an atheist at the moment but will see where this takes me!

Life is really good right now. Hard to believe I ended up in a mental hospital about a year and a half ago. You guys have definitely been a part of this journey for me!
if you overtrain that would increase stress, my thought is you can train like this mon-wed train, thur off, fri sat train, sun off @BrightFuture
you need to add an extra day off, and we should stack your training into the 5 days should be easy

on finding God it's important and you should pursue Catholicism if thats your path, always be positive, EVO family is here for you :)

If I wanted to hit each muscle twice a week, how would I do that with 5 days? Not saying I absolutely need to hit each muscle twice but something I think could be beneficial? Still loving what I am doing now so I am always open to suggestions!

You need to make sure if you train each body part twice per week you need to have an easy day after your hard day. You can't go in and train balls to the wall every workout. U need to recover.

I dont suggest training same big group twice per week, you'll just get anxiety and fatigue, 1 time/week is enough IMO at your rate today @BrightFuture

Mon chest tris
tue back bis
wed shoulders abs traps
thur off
friday legs, calves, abs/plank
sat cardio 1-2 hours depends what you can do, and full body depletion 1 30 rep set each bodypart and eat a BIG protein meal after
sun off
that would work wonders for you

Good leg day this morning. Lower back felt a bit stiff because I slept crooked lol. For RDL I just stuck with 135 pounds as a result of that but it felt really really good. Next week back to heavier ones.

Plate loaded squat: 234x12 324x12 414x12 484x8(PR!)
RDL: 135x12 135x12 135x12
Lying leg curl(I feel my hamstrings in this more than I do any other exercise): 100x12 100x12 100x12
Leg extension: 180x12(weight PR!), 160x12 140x12
Calf raise: 275x20 275x15 275x15 275x15

Now this sounds really interesting. Especially the Saturday routine. Have you done this before?

I have multiple clients with this routine, works perfect especially for legs :)

Great shoulder day this morning!

Hammer strength overhead press: 90x15 180x10 190x10
Machine reverse fly: 130x12 130x12 130x12
Lateral raise: 15x18 15x15 15x15
Machine shrugs: 280x13 280x12 280x12

Shoulders feel great! Took some of your advice and cut back a little on the shoulder volume mostly by just dropping to 3 sets for the presses. Next week I plan to spend a little more time on warm up sets and really push myself hard and shoot for 200 pounds and maybe bump to 210 pounds if left shoulder feels good with it.

shoulders feeling great is GREAT news @BrightFuture but dont do overheads heavy EVER no matter how shoulders feel :) trust us

Hell of a day on the shoulders

Alright so another @domestic-supply.com td! Got more test and eq so I can have enough to finish cycle(only had enough for 10 weeks originally). I also got anadrol which I plan to run at 25mg for 4 weeks. Also the order came less than 48 hours after ordering. Will get some progress pics up this weekend.
