Great shoulder day this morning!

Hammer strength overhead press: 90x15 180x10 190x10
Machine reverse fly: 130x12 130x12 130x12
Lateral raise: 15x18 15x15 15x15
Machine shrugs: 280x13 280x12 280x12

Shoulders feel great! Took some of your advice and cut back a little on the shoulder volume mostly by just dropping to 3 sets for the presses. Next week I plan to spend a little more time on warm up sets and really push myself hard and shoot for 200 pounds and maybe bump to 210 pounds if left shoulder feels good with it.

Alright so had a bit of a stomach bug on Sunday so I took today off just in case. Could have just been from using regular milk for my protein shakes instead of lactose free. I won’t do that again. Plan to do Tuesday-Saturday this week. Will start the 25mg anadrol tomorrow. Good chest day planned! Plus a trip to six flags this weekend after gym on Saturday!

Good chest day this morning. I did a lot but when I left I had this feeling I should have done more. This morning was also first dose of anadrol and I took it prior to gym.

Hammer incline chest press: 90x15 180x15 190x10. 200x6
Hammer chest press: 90x12 140x4 140x7
Dumbbell incline fly: 30x12 30x12 30x12 30x12
Machine fly: 135x12 120x12 105x12 105x12
Straight bar tricep pushdown: 80x20 100x12 100x12

The regular hammer chest press. This one is more difficult but it feels amazing on my chest! I did 30 minutes cardio total. When I left the gym I felt like I could have hit the weights harder. All in all a great workout!

Today was back day. Well damn my grip strength was on point today. Day 2 of anadrol. I know anadrol works quick but surely not this quick?

Rack pull: 135x15 225x12 315x10 335x6
Hammer lat pulldown: 180x12 200x12 220x9 240x6
Seated row: 180x8 165x10 135x14
Straight arm pull down: 130x10 120x12 110x15 100x15

This workout was incredible. The way I felt throughout was just so damn powerful. Never felt this good in the gym. Working towards 405 pounds on the rack pull which I am going to hope to hit within the next month if my grip strength keeps improving. My grip throughout this workout was never an issue. Which is a first for me. Maybe this is the anadrol already kicking in? I know it works fast but wow! Feel amazing.
