Yeah that is definitely something I am looking out for. I have read that’s a common side effect so hopefully that doesn’t happen here.

Grilled some ribeye steaks. Not the best ribeye cut I have had but still turned out really good. Had some veggies to go with it.

I don't understand why some gyms don't invest in proper air conditioning units and fans
Yeah some mornings it’s not to bad. Other mornings it feels like a sauna. Best gym in this area though other than that.
 
Normally I know I’ll puke if the gym is hot
 
Today is week 2 and day 8 of the cycle. 8th dose of 50mg winstrol and so far so good. Today was chest day. I can confidently say that my strength is about to shoot way up. Worked up to 105 pounds per hand on the incline press and it was much less challenging than last weeks working up to 100 pounds. Winstrol seems to be kicking in. Good workout overall and shoulders feels good.

Hammer incline press: 45x12 75x12 85x10 95x8 105x6
Machine fly: 120x15 120x15 120x12 120x12 (we have 2 of these machines in my gym. One is really good and one is a bit weird and this was the weird one. Not sure how to describe it bu the resistance is just off)
Incline fly: 30x15 30x15 30x15 30x15
Dips: 180x12 180x12 180x12 180x12
Tricep pushdown: 3 sets of 20 at 120 pounds

On the dumbbell incline fly, 30 pounds feels good but will try 35 pounds next week. On the hammer incline press, goal is to add 5 pounds to each set which means hitting 110 pounds next week. If it still feels pretty easy I might try for a little more.

Today was leg day and the gym was hot unfortunately. Been pretty nice the last few days but today was warm. Good and sweaty lol.

Plate loaded machine squat: 234x12 324x10 374x8 324x12 234x10 (last 2 sets were drop sets)
Leg curl: 4 sets of 20 120 pounds
Leg extension: 4 sets of 15 120 pounds
Calf raise: 4 sets of 15 195 pounds
Romanian deadlift: 4 sets of 12 115 pounds

Drop sets on the squat was pretty fun. Tomorrow is arm day!

Attaching a meal picture. Food was prepped yesterday but forgot to take a picture of them so here is one I am eating right now.

Overall I am feeling great. 8 doses in on the 50mg of Winstrol and not experiencing any sides yet. The Test/EQ injections last week went smoothly. Today is my third one. Got back tomorrow and just feeling good and motivated.
