Yeah that is definitely something I am looking out for. I have read that’s a common side effect so hopefully that doesn’t happen here.my ex had a lot of hair shedding from the Winnie be careful with it

You the manToday was leg day and the gym was hot unfortunately. Been pretty nice the last few days but today was warm. Good and sweaty lol.
Plate loaded machine squat: 234x12 324x10 374x8 324x12 234x10 (last 2 sets were drop sets)
Leg curl: 4 sets of 20 120 pounds
Leg extension: 4 sets of 15 120 pounds
Calf raise: 4 sets of 15 195 pounds
Romanian deadlift: 4 sets of 12 115 pounds
Drop sets on the squat was pretty fun. Tomorrow is arm day!
