@BrightFuture winstrol is kicking for sure this deep in broToday is week 2 and day 8 of the cycle. 8th dose of 50mg winstrol and so far so good. Today was chest day. I can confidently say that my strength is about to shoot way up. Worked up to 105 pounds per hand on the incline press and it was much less challenging than last weeks working up to 100 pounds. Winstrol seems to be kicking in. Good workout overall and shoulders feels good.
Hammer incline press: 45x12 75x12 85x10 95x8 105x6
Machine fly: 120x15 120x15 120x12 120x12 (we have 2 of these machines in my gym. One is really good and one is a bit weird and this was the weird one. Not sure how to describe it bu the resistance is just off)
Incline fly: 30x15 30x15 30x15 30x15
Dips: 180x12 180x12 180x12 180x12
Tricep pushdown: 3 sets of 20 at 120 pounds
On the dumbbell incline fly, 30 pounds feels good but will try 35 pounds next week. On the hammer incline press, goal is to add 5 pounds to each set which means hitting 110 pounds next week. If it still feels pretty easy I might try for a little more.
