You can continue to cut down to about 13 or 14% or you can keep it going to 10% or Beyond.

Now, I’m determined to improve my arms and shoulders! They’re quite weak. I’m a tall guy, standing at 6 feet 2 inches, and nothing I do seems to make a noticeable difference.
On the positive side, I’ve managed to build up some biceps, measuring 45cm (18 inches). However, they don’t look particularly impressive.

@Astrocetus first, AMAZING! really good improvements. Your leaned out clearly, your back is MUCH wider, your shoulders grew (like before no shoulder cap and now its a ball), your arms are growing but we can work on it.
You know we all have body dysmorphia here right? At one point I would weigh myself 3x/day thought I had weight issues (mind you I had abs lol). What I'm trying to say is you're not looking at yourself objectively, that's why the EVO family is here to help and support you.
I think you made a huge transformation 4 weeks in and look amazing.
