Approved Log My Testosterone NPP Cycle Log

Hey everyone on the forum,

First time on here and ill be starting a log with all my ups and downs of this cycle

Stats :

25yo male
5'9"
198lbs
Approx 17-18% bf (guess)
Started training 9 years ago (half on half off)
3 cycles done in the past

Goals:

Build mass and get a lot stronger, dont want to look bloated/fat while I do it

Eventually
Get my 375lb squat up to 440lbs
Get my 265lb bench to 330lb
Not too concerned on deadlifts at the moment

Current cycle plan

400 test E @ 0.4ml e3d = 375mg pw
(Possibly increase to 450-500)

100 Npp @ 0.5ml e3d = 115mg pw
(Possibly increase to 200)

^This is my top end for aromatising compounds with out needing an AI probably not ideal e2 here but no urgent effects

Have run this with good results but looking for a little more

Possibly
(300 EQ @ 0.4ml e3d = 280mg pw)

Current situation

Only started back at the gym the last few weeks surgery in December then sick for a couple months.

I was on my way to my goals and looking good before hand, ive been eating this whole time so put on some bodyfat

Back training with my coach and doing 4 sessions per week of heavy close to failure resistance training

Will post more info tomorrow heres a pic from before surgery and now

@willipede I like your log good start. You are now in the EVO family. :)

You look great from the pics, nice muscle mass nice base, you're looking very muscular.

Cycle to start, I dont see the need for EQ if you have test/npp. Why no Ai? do you have blood work with estrogen issues? please clarify

diet, please share foods meals and when you eat them as you do (not generic)
training, please share training exercises reps sets weights as you do them
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

EQ is not essesntial I have a few vials left over from previously

Im still deciding whether to add it in as if i do i think ill want to do it early in the cycle with it having such a long ester

Another reason is to limit the amount of AI i might need with adding higher doses of highly aromatising steroids

Thinking ill go up too 500 Test E, 200 NPP and to get a little more out of the cycle add in a small amount of EQ as from my past bloods it actually lowered my e2 levels on my bloods

Im still learning the effects as theres not much study on EQ from what im understanding it converts into a synthetic estrogen and competes with testosterone for the aromatase receptors

Which is why I a may be having a blood test result from the past cycle with low e2
 
Training
Wasnt able to train today as I had Uni class straight after work today

Day 1 bulking Calorie intake

Breakfast
saltana bran cereal milk
2 x protein up n go

Lunch
500g rump steak
450g mushroom rissoto

Dinner
6 scrambled eggs
2 slices of sourdough
50g butter

Snacks
Easter egg
350g Gippsland yogurt

what kind of surgery did you have
I read through your posts and I don't see any specifics on that but I may have missed it
 
definitely can get some improvements on your diet
not seeing anything in terms of fiber
 
your diet is okay but there isn't much there
you're getting good protein but you're not getting enough fiber and you're not getting enough micronutrients
 
monstro would like to see try a Portuguese diet
you get better results on that
 
good start to the log make sure you keep the training sessions updated as well
and post up some more pictures if possible
 
Bros the bread is what's pushing up your carbs
that's definitely not something you want to do
 
sweet potatoes, fruit, vegetables
these are good carbs bread is not good I agree with the guys above
 
what kind of surgery did you have
I read through your posts and I don't see any specifics on that but I may have missed it

I had a testicular torsion so they had to cut up my sack and in my groin

Also got a buldged disc c3 and nerve impingnent so any over head presses are serverly lacking

Working with physio and chriro at the moment and considering going for another cortisone shot in the disc, had one before and it helped

Had too cut it short and miss the last 2 exercises as i was late for a class
