Approved Log My Testosterone NPP Cycle Log

Hey everyone on the forum,

First time on here and ill be starting a log with all my ups and downs of this cycle

Stats :

25yo male
5'9"
198lbs
Approx 17-18% bf (guess)
Started training 9 years ago (half on half off)
3 cycles done in the past

Goals:

Build mass and get a lot stronger, dont want to look bloated/fat while I do it

Eventually
Get my 375lb squat up to 440lbs
Get my 265lb bench to 330lb
Not too concerned on deadlifts at the moment

Current cycle plan

400 test E @ 0.4ml e3d = 375mg pw
(Possibly increase to 450-500)

100 Npp @ 0.5ml e3d = 115mg pw
(Possibly increase to 200)

^This is my top end for aromatising compounds with out needing an AI probably not ideal e2 here but no urgent effects

Have run this with good results but looking for a little more

Possibly
(300 EQ @ 0.4ml e3d = 280mg pw)

Current situation

Only started back at the gym the last few weeks surgery in December then sick for a couple months.

I was on my way to my goals and looking good before hand, ive been eating this whole time so put on some bodyfat

Back training with my coach and doing 4 sessions per week of heavy close to failure resistance training

Will post more info tomorrow heres a pic from before surgery and now

Day 4

Gear

Started my gear today

(Shelby corp)
Test e 400 / 0.4ml e3d = 375mg pw
Npp 100 / 0.5ml e3d = 115mg pw
(Old nexnos)
Eq 300 / 0.3ml e3d = 210mg pw

Using the eq for a small boost as its low aromatising and my e2 gets high over 500 of test/npp so this should minimise the dose if AI

(have got arimidex on hand but going to get some aromisin shortly as id prefer that)

Will get bloods in 4 weeks

General talk

Having a lot of neck pain and shoulder/trap tightness as a result of my bulged disc, wasnt a great session today because of getting a tension headache after first set of shrugs, think it was from my nerve impingement in the neck

Had some bpc-157 left over after surgery recovery so had that this arvo and going to get some more shortly as well as tb500 and see how that goes, im not sure on a protocol yet for this

Also considering a second cortisone injection in the spine as the first one helped as doctor suggested another

Diet

I know everyones on about my veggies, but im actually feeling really good in the guts at the moment which had been a long term issue in the past, I can trial low fodmap foods one by one too see how i react which each

Im actually feeling better at the moment than when i had a lot of veges with every meaty meal (usually chicken rice veg & steak sweet potatoe and veg)

Organic weetbix
Small banana
Raw honey
Full cream milk

500g rump steak
100g Small left over lasagna
2x protein up n go

800g watermelon
6 eggs
2 small thin slice sourdough

Burrito bowl (take out, got home late, headache and tired as f)
Black rice
Shredded chicken
Refried beans
Lettuce
Tomato
Avocado
Sour cream
Cheese

No diff. see any info to the right (often in brackets)
 
comes out to 2000ng/dl. i can tell you that on 500mgs test your numbers should be in the 3000's+ at peak levels.

but it also depends on injection frequency and how many weeks you are into it
 
have you tried hot yoga for your spine?
or try inversion table too
 
be careful with these types of injuries
they will get worse if you keep pounding away
 
after you get cortizone you need to rest a bit
don't keep pounding away or you will only get worse
