Hey mobster, this is the proposed surgery for work related injury

Stage 1: Left Ulnar Nerve Decompression (elbow)
Stage 2: Right Ulnar nerve + Carpal tunnel Decompression

Ive been doing a pilates session aswell everyweek, remedial massage once a month. Have also added in stretching routine before each workout with 5 minutes of sprints

Overall back and neck pain has improved
Mobility improving

abs arms chest looking good and strong, power for sure, can see you growing top gun style

but how to get more shredded? we need to talk diet and training right and cardio
diet is key which we havent seen any shares from you

Hey lev, heres a little snapshot of my current training

Ive just written up this 6 day u/l split

Did my 1st day of week 2 and lots of pb's

Todays diet consisted of:

Coffee for breakfast

Lunch at the moment is homemade fried rice with veg and 300g rump steak

Pre training fried rice w/ 2 eggs

2x 1L coconut waters today

Dinner will be chicken, veg and mash

Dessert is a hot chocolate collegen protein


^^^ this has been pretty consistent of my diet for the last 2 months, not massive portions and not stuffing my face to try and bulk

Ive gone from 93kg to 88kg with increased strength and all time pb lifts
 
looks great man
if you shave your chest and stomach will see those muscles even better
 
you definitely need to work on your mobility and flexibility
that will help with your spine issues
 
there are a lot of yoga places even away from the city
some of the best yoga places are actually out in the country if you find a nice hippie place lol
 
definitely important as you build muscle to also stretch
if you don't what happens is your spine will get more compressed

@willipede thats very old-school you hand writing it :) i would put it on phone notes easier to mod later

seems a bit low fats especially omeag 3s
how about adding walnuts/avocado?

you doing daily probiotics?

A lot of times Hot Yoga will make you feel so much better where you don't need the other stuff

Great idea on the omega 3, ive been trying to take fish oil but doesnt agree with me as im somewhat allergic to most seafood. I wasnt sure the best way for me to increase it as my HDL is a tad low and LDL a little high

Ill add in walnuts to my snacks and avo to meals

Also will be needing probiotic

I do have yohgurt, have been having a bit of cabbage lately as a prebiotic. Also take colostrum and bone broth for gut health

you should get distilled fish oil just the dhea etc filtered out, did you check that? even caps are fine
